Barnes Foundation Evaluation of Visitor Experience
The Barnes Foundation is an art collection and educational institution promoting the appreciation of art and horticulture, located on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

At the beginning of our work with clients, we ask them to trust the process. While our team (at least some of us) are avid sports fans, this is more than a classic Philadelphia sports reference.
When the Philadelphia Water Department came to us to find out how they could roll out their new EBilling (online payment) system in the smoothest way possible, we knew that simply surveying customers wouldn’t give us enough details...
In the fall of 2018, I was living in Ecuador and working for an international gap-year program. As the mid-year mark rolled around, I hounded participants to take surveys and searched for an internship back in Philly.
