Theresa Gassert (she/her) is a Master of Public Administration candidate and the Vice President of Women of Fels at the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute of Government. Prior to pursuing graduate education, Theresa led policy, public relations, and community engagement work across Pennsylvania with Planned Parenthood Keystone as their Director of Public Affairs. Theresa is passionate about people-centered policy solutions that provide dignity, equity, and safety for our communities and utilizing data to enhance impact. In her free time, Theresa enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, cuddling her cat Jack, and seeing live music.
