Ridhdhi is the Assistant Director of Operations at ImpactED. In this role, she oversees all internal operations including budgeting, business processes, marketing and communications, and strategy work. Her professional experience is primarily in the nonprofit sector and specifically includes community engagement, equity work and audits, program design and development, volunteer coordination, and project management. Ridhdhi's nonprofit work has served a variety of mission focus areas including arts & culture, nutrition education, social services, and youth mentorship.
Prior to ImpactED, Ridhdhi was a Program Manager with Wharton's McNulty Leadership Program. In this role she fostered partnerships with local nonprofit boards and offered leadership development opportunities to student audiences interested in board service. She directly supported and advised MBA & JD students as they journeyed through an experiential learning experience. During her time there she refined a complex matching process in which graduate students were optimally paired together and matched with a preferred nonprofit board. Additionally, Ridhdhi supported organizational partners throughout the one-year program cycle by building intentional cultivation processes and feedback loops.
Ridhdhi is a 2013 graduate of the University of Vermont where she received a B.S. in Nutrition & Food Sciences and Community & International Development. Currently, Ridhdhi lives in Fishtown with her partner Matt. She can often be found traveling throughout the New England region visiting family and friends, experimenting with new recipes, catching up on her favorite reality tv, and exploring the nooks and crannies of Philadelphia.
