Rebecca Reumann-Moore is an independent consultant whose areas of expertise include program evaluation, qualitative and mixed-methods research, educational policy and practices, and capacity-building for nonprofits. Current and past clients and partners include ImpactED, Reinvestment Fund, Mathematica, Research for Action, the National Writing Project, the Philadelphia Writing Project, and Creative Research and Evaluation.
Rebecca has worked in a variety of educational settings, including elementary schools, adult literacy programs, and universities, as well as in various nonprofit organizations, including both direct service and advocacy organizations. Rebecca earned a PhD in education from the University of Pennsylvania. Before becoming a consultant, she worked for many years at Research for Action, where she was a senior research associate and the director of qualitative research.
