Nate is the Program Coordinator at ImpactED. In this position, he develops program communications, manages social media and blog posts, & coordinates the recruitment process as well as the training logistics for all virtual & in-person events. Nate has a vast amount of experience working in higher education where he has served as the main point of contact coordinating events, managing various departments, and developing strategies to ensure efficiency.
Prior to ImpactED, Nate was a Senior Residential Services Manager with the University of Pennsylvania’s Residential & Hospitality Services. In this role, he oversaw the operations of the Quadrangle, which is a complex built in 1894 that consists of forty buildings for UPenn residents & faculty. This involved maintaining the overall quality of the complex & staff which included student workers, security officers, housekeepers, & trades. In addition, part of his position involved working directly with other managers & their supervisors across campus to ensure their building operations were running smoothly. As a senior member of the department, Nate would also lead several committees that affected residential life such as training & development for student staff.
Nate is a 2018 graduate of Guilford College where he received a B.A. in English & Media Studies. Currently, Nate lives in South Philadelphia where he recently adopted a three-legged cat. His passions involve vinyl record collecting, Philadelphia sports, & biking around the city.
