Megan Moser (she/her) is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration through the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania. She works as a design researcher and strategist at a consultancy in the federal government that partners with federal agencies to address complex challenges impacting the experiences of their customers. She is passionate about using human centered design and research to make government services more accessible, efficient, and effective for the public. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, traveling anywhere (near or far), and spending time with family, friends and her two rescue cats.
