Claire Noel (she/her) is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration through the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to her Master's, Claire earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Social Policy Analysis from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and completed a year of service with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Claire is passionate about helping non-profit organizations and government entities use data to increase their impact and work towards policy solutions that center the populations they are trying to serve. In her free time, Claire enjoys playing violin, reading, and exploring Philadelphia.
