Alicia Blochberger (she/her), of Sacramento, CA, is pursuing a dual Master of Public Administration and Master of Science in Social Policy at the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute of Government and School of Social Policy and Practice, respectively. Prior to joining the ImpactED team, she served 12 years as a commissioned communications officer in the United States Marine Corps. In this role, she led her Marines on multiple continents and worked with USAID and NATO. As an aspiring policy professional, Alicia desires to continue to place country and community before self.
Alicia holds a BS in business administration with a concentration in information systems from San Francisco State University. She enjoys playing the alto saxophone and spending time with her husband and two cats.
